We are an independent review publication. We anonymously buy, test, and compare academic-writing services and publish evidence-based reviews. We do not create or sell academic papers.

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals 13+. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s consent.

3) Permitted use & academic integrity

Use the Site for informational, research, and comparison purposes only. Do not use our content to violate academic policies (e.g., submitting purchased work as your own). You are responsible for following your institution’s rules.

4) Accounts (if offered)

If we enable accounts: keep your credentials confidential; you’re responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5) User-generated content (UGC)

You may submit reviews, feedback, or attachments (collectively, “UGC”) where enabled.

• Your responsibilities: Submit only truthful content that you have the right to share. Do not post PII, doxxing, defamatory statements, or unlawful material.

• License you grant: You retain ownership of your UGC, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/redaction), publish, translate, distribute, and display your UGC in connection with the Site and our editorial activities.

• Moderation: We may edit, refuse, or remove UGC at our discretion (e.g., to redact personal data, remove unverifiable claims, or enforce policy). We are not obligated to publish or maintain any UGC.

• No compensation: Submissions are voluntary and unpaid.

6) Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Break laws or infringe others’ rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights).

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt security or availability.

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content except via publicly documented mechanisms (e.g., search engine indexing using standard robots directives).

• Copy, mirror, or frame substantial portions of the Site without written permission.

• Interfere with UGC moderation or attempt to manipulate ratings.

7) Intellectual property

All Site materials (text, graphics, logos, screenshots, and compilations) are our property or our licensors’ and are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission.

8) Third-party services & links

The Site links to third-party websites or vendors. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or services. Review their terms and privacy policies before engaging.

9) No professional advice

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, educational, or professional advice. You use information at your own risk.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or currency of content.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our directors, employees, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, editors, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your UGC, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

13) Reporting IP concerns (DMCA/notice)

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the allegedly infringing material/URL; (c) your contact info; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove content in our discretion.

14) Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will change and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site immediately for any breach of these Terms or to protect users or the service.

16) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

17) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer.

• Entire agreement: These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

• Language: These Terms are provided in English.
